Substantial in size, well equipped, and staffed by professionals, our goal is to provide customers with a highly qualified plastic injection mold design partner.

10,000 sq. ft. free standing, air conditioned building on 1-acre M-1 industrial land with 800 amps power available at 230 volts.

Design & Build Molds:

Custom injection molds from prototype to class 101. We can also use an existing design to build the mold or produce a mold design to your specifications to be built elsewhere.

Repairs & Refurbishments:

From minor repairs to complete mold refurbishments, we have the experience and knowledge to get your molds up & running again. We also can reverse engineer the molds to provide a
complete mold design.

Engineering Changes:

We routinely perform engineering changes to existing molds, updating the
mold to produce the revised part, including updating an existing mold design
or reverse engineering the mold to supply a complete mold design.

Additional Services:

Our precision machining services include CNC Milling, CNC Sinker EDM,
CNC Wire EDM as well as grinding, small hole EDM and turning.
From single piece to short production runs, we have the equipment and
skills to produce precision machined components to your specification.
